Booking Policies
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every guest, all policies are applied consistently and without exception. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Appointments & Pricing
All appointments are reserved based on the time and service selected at booking, not solely the final result.
Requests to change to a shorter or lower-priced service will not alter the original service price, as your full appointment time has been reserved.
We encourage booking the service you intend to receive to ensure proper timing and customization.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
All deposits and payments are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Cannot be applied to alternate services, future appointments, or remaining balances
Payments made toward appointments are final.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
All appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
One reschedule is permitted per deposit
Additional changes will require a new deposit
Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $25 fee
Service adjustments that reduce appointment time do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
After 15 minutes:
Your appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on availability
A late fee may be applied
Health & Safety
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

Service Preparation
Each service at The Haute Loft is customized with intention. To maintain the quality of your results, proper preparation is required prior to your appointment.

Refills & Timing
Refills are based on retention and time since your last appointment:
