Booking Policies

We kindly ask that you review all policies prior to booking your appointment. Our policies are applied consistently, with no exceptions, to maintain fairness and transparency in the booking process. Your understanding and cooperation are sincerely appreciated.

Deposits & Refunds

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. You are permitted one transfer or rescheduling of your deposit; any additional rescheduling will incur a new deposit fee. Refunds are not available for deposits, service totals, or training fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and appointment adjustments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling will necessitate a new deposit—cancellations made shortly before the appointment or no-shows will incur a $25 fee. If the card on file is declined for this fee, the guest will be barred from making future bookings until the balance is settled. Visit our FAQ page to learn how to manage your appointment online.

Grace Period

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all services. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled or canceled. If time permits, a late fee will be added to the total service cost.

COVID/Flu/Allergy Season

While mask coverings are no longer mandatory, guests displaying symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, or allergies will be asked to wear a mask or reschedule based on the severity of their symptoms. If you or someone you know has been exposed to COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If an appointment is rescheduled due to COVID-19 exposure, a negative test result must be provided to confirm the new date.

Guest Policy

Please keep in mind that our studio is designed to be private and intimate. As such, we do not permit additional guests at any appointment.

Lash Service Policies

New Guests

All lash guests should arrive with clean, mascara-free lashes. The Haute Loft does not work over other lash artists' work. Please book a lash removal with your full set of lash extensions. Lash lift guests should ensure 4 weeks have passed before booking their appointments. Click here to see the best way to arrive to your appointment.

Adhesive Allergy

Patch tests are recommended for new lash extension clients. Patch tests should be scheduled and administered 48 hours before the full set to ensure there is no sight of irritation. Should the guest decline a patch test and an allergic reaction does occur, the set will be removed free of charge; however, the service will NOT be refunded as time and products were used.

Returning Guests

All guests are urged to return for their refill appointments within the recommended timeframe:

2-week refill guests should maintain 40-50% retention; anything less than this will be charged for a 3-week fill.

3-week refill guests should maintain 30-40% retention; anything less than this will be charged for a full set.

Any refill appointment made past 3 weeks will be charged as a full set. Please remember to book accordingly to ensure adequate service time and accurate pricing.

Lash lift guests should return within 4-6 weeks to maintain their desired results.
